Description of the project: Business Park Loikka, Helsinki

Third and at the same time the last part of Rantatie Business Park, Loikka, completed in Helsinki in June 2019. The building has seven floors, six of which are the office space. On the seventh floor there is meeting rooms and a roof terrace. 

Owner of the business park, Lindstöm Invest Oy, has chosen Itula's panel products for all of its new and renovated buildings. Great feedback from office space rental customers and proven energy savings after years of experience confirm the success of the chosen strategy. Heating and cooling panel system have been reliable and maintenance-free system which also offers new freedom in interior design. 

Even in meeting rooms, ItuGraf panels provide optimal temperature control. The perforation of the panels improves the acoustics of the space and enables the C-sound class. The entire floor space of the meeting and office space is available when ItuGraf roof panels are used for heating and cooling.
